Age Verification

Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driver's licence issued by a competent authority in Bangladesh or another recognised jurisdiction. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation within the specified timeframe will result in account suspension and may result in the forfeiture of any funds held in the account pending investigation.

If eeg33 has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under the age of 18, eeg33 will immediately suspend the account, withhold all pending withdrawals, and conduct a full review. Any winnings generated by a player subsequently confirmed to be under 18 will be forfeited in their entirety.

Account Registration

One Account Per Person

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password and for all activity that occurs under your account. eeg33 strongly recommends using a unique, strong password that is not used for any other online service. You must notify eeg33 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. eeg33 will not be held liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.

KYC Verification

Wagering Requirements

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, eeg33 expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

eeg33 shall not be liable to any player for any of the following:

Account Closure & Termination

Voluntary Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your eeg33 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, eeg33 will process any remaining verified cash balance to your registered withdrawal method, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

Closure by eeg33

eeg33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable registration or KYC information.
• Suspected or confirmed engagement in fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, multi-accounting, or money laundering.

Where an account is closed due to a verified Terms violation, eeg33 reserves the right to withhold any cash balance pending investigation. Effect of Closure

Severability

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with eeg33's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and eeg33 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind relating to the subject matter hereof.
